Job summary

INDODAX - Indonesia Digital Asset Exchange is seeking a data analyst to drive insights from crypto trading data. You will design analyses using BigQuery and Python, and build Looker dashboards to monitor key metrics and user behavior.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data analytics, strong SQL and Python skills, and a solid understanding of the cryptocurrency industry to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in FinTech, crypto, or e-commerce.
• Strong proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries (BigQuery).
• Experience using Python for data analysis (Pandas, Seaborn, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with Looker for dashboards and reporting.
• Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and market trends.
• Ability to translate complex data into business insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing complex data analysis using SQL (BigQuery) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
• Building and maintaining interactive dashboards in Looker to monitor performance metrics and user behavior.
• Conducting user segmentation, cohort analysis, forecasting, and A/B testing.
• Delivering actionable insights to guide product, growth, and marketing strategies.
• Analyzing crypto trading data and identifying emerging market trends.
