Job summary

INDODAX is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Lead to own the data and research roadmap, aligning with company priorities and driving end-to-end analytics projects from problem framing to business recommendations.

You will design advanced analyses, manage a team of data analysts, and collaborate with engineering on dashboards and data infrastructure, translating crypto market trends into strategic opportunities that drive revenue and product impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in FinTech/crypto/e-commerce.
• Strong expertise in SQL and Python for advanced analytics.
• Proven experience leading analytics projects with measurable business impact.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team. Strong business acumen — able to connect data insights to revenue, growth, or product outcomes.
• Experience with experimentation (A/B testing frameworks, causal inference is a plus).
• Strong communication skills — able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of crypto industry and trading behavior.

Responsibilities

• Own the data & research roadmap aligned with company priorities.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects: problem framing → data analysis → business recommendation.
• Design and oversee advanced analyses (segmentation, LTV, forecasting, experimentation frameworks, etc.).
• Drive data‑informed decision making across stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor data analysts; review work quality and ensure best practices.
• Oversee dashboard strategy and data infrastructure in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Translate crypto market trends and user behavior into strategic insights and opportunities.
• Establish data governance, tracking standards, and experimentation frameworks.
