Job summary

PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk is seeking a data engineering leader to build and guide the analytics data stack. You will shape the Big Data ecosystem, architecture, and analytics technology, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable data solutions.

The role requires strong technical leadership, senior engineering experience, and hands-on expertise with Python/Java/Scala and modern data tools to support analytics initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical leadership and management experience.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, NoSQL, Spark and cloud analytics tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Build data engineering capability through technical leadership.
• Lead analytics to prepare Big Data ecosystem, architecture and analytics stack.
• Design processes to address all analytics use cases.
• Lead analysis of project requirements and ensure scalable data solutions.
• Coordinate with Data Governance, Data Strategy, Data Operation, Data Warehouse and application teams.
