Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Electrical (ELE) Engineer for data center projects in Indonesia. You will design, validate, and deliver reliable electrical infrastructure across HV/MV/LV, UPS, and power distribution units, ensuring compliance with standards and client specs.

Lead end-to-end engineering activities, coordinate with vendors and clients, perform load calculations, prepare SLDs and BOQs, and support commissioning and handover to achieve on-time, high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical design or MEP for mission-critical infra.
• Experience leading data center or similar critical facilities projects preferred.
• Proficient with HV/MV/LV, UPS, generators, and grounding.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical system designs for large-scale data centers.
• Prepare SLDs, load calculations, and BOQ.
• Specify HV/MV/LV, UPS, gens, PDU assets.
• Ensure designs meet standards and regulations.
• Lead technical reviews with stakeholders.
• Support site installation and commissioning.
• Prepare technical reports and design calculations.
• Collaborate with project teams to mitigate risks.
