Job summary

You will lead design and integration of power distribution, backup systems (UPS/generators), and energy-efficient solutions while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to meet safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering, focused on data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Professional certifications are highly valued.
• Proficiency in designing and analyzing power distribution systems (medium/low voltage).
• Knowledge of backup power systems like UPS and generators.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and codes (NEC, IEC).
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical simulation software.
• Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for data centers: power distribution, lighting, grounding, backup.
• Ensure designs meet local regs, IEC/IEEE/NFPA/BICSI standards.
• Provide advisory on electrical infrastructure for energy efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with architects, mechanical, and IT teams to integrate electrical solutions.
• Review and approve electrical systems and installations by contractors.
• Oversee testing, validation and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Identify electrical risks and plan redundancy for critical power.
