TERA Data Centers in Indonesia seeks an experienced Facility Operation Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of mission-critical data center infrastructure. This leadership role blends deep technical expertise with people management to ensure continuous availability and high performance.

You will oversee electrical and mechanical systems, drive preventive maintenance, risk management, and operational readiness for new facilities, while building a high-performing Site Engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• 10+ years in data center ops or mission-critical facilities.
• 5+ years leading teams with multiple direct reports.
• Experience in 24x7 operation of critical infra.
• Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation and maintenance of mission-critical data center infrastructure.
• Oversee safe operation, maintenance, and optimization of critical systems.
• Provide technical leadership during incidents and planned maintenance.
• Collaborate with project, commissioning, and engineering teams for upgrades.
