Job summary

Digital Edge DC is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for hyperscale projects in Asia. The role: on-site leadership across construction, design and operations, ensuring delivery aligns with contract and milestones for Ready for Service (RFS).

You will translate customer requirements into scope, manage cross-functional teams, and drive successful onboarding while maintaining governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading end-to-end delivery in critical operating environments.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers or large enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of electrical & mechanical services in data centers.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into a structured scope and work breakdown.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer delivery contact during project build, RFS, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with construction, design, and operations to ensure alignment between customer requirements and delivery execution.
• Develop and manage delivery programmes covering customer scope and dependencies; track milestones.
• Manage customer change requests, including cost and schedule impact; coordinate vendor activities.
• Own handover of facility to customer during RFS and enable a smooth BAU transition.
