Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center is expanding its customer care team to deliver exceptional service for clients across Asia. The role focuses on handling inquiries, resolving issues, and strengthening client relationships within data center operations.

The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams, manage service requests, and contribute to performance reporting while prioritizing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to data center operations.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage service requests, maintenance, and incident reports.
• Prepare and deliver service reports and performance metrics to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Identify improvements from customer feedback and contribute to best practices.
• Support adherence to health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity policies.
• Collaborate with Site Operations and technical teams to ensure aligned service delivery.
