Job summary

GoTo Group is seeking a Credit Risk professional to join the Credit Risk Strategy for merchant lending products, including GoPay and related services. The role focuses on balancing portfolio growth with risk mitigation and interpreting complex merchant data to inform actionable decisions.

You will analyze risk metrics, evaluate policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven lending decisions.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in credit risk management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of credit risk principles and lending products.
Experience with data analysis tools (SQL/PYTHON, Excel, or BI tools).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze key merchant risk metrics to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
Evaluate and optimize current credit risk policies to ensure portfolio health.
Leverage SQL and Python to analyze complex datasets and drive strategy enhancements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to guide data-driven lending decisions.
Develop and maintain risk dashboards for real-time reporting.
Facilitate periodic credit reviews and internal audits to ensure compliance.
Drive process improvement within the Credit Risk team to boost efficiency.
