Job summary

SIRCLO is seeking a mid-level Creative Designer to craft visual directions for live streaming projects in Indonesia. You will translate concepts into compelling on-screen experiences, set design, wardrobe, and props, ensuring alignment with client briefs and brand goals.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in visual creative roles, live commerce experience, strong design sense, and familiarity with AI-assisted workflows. Collaborate across teams to maintain high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a visual creative role, such as Creative Designer, Junior Art Director, or similar.
• Experience in live commerce or live streaming is a strong plus.
• Strong sense of design with the ability to create visually engaging experiences that support audience engagement and brand goals.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly communicate creative ideas and work well with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for live streaming projects based on client briefs, campaign objectives, and brand goals.
• Translate concepts into cohesive visual experiences across set design (digital or physical), host appearance, wardrobe, props, and on-screen visual elements.
• Think beyond aesthetics by creating visuals that strengthen brand presence, capture attention, and enhance the live shopping experience.
• Stay curious about design trends, live commerce, and evolving consumer behavior to keep creative ideas fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team, project officers, talent coordinators, and production teams to ensure creative ideas are executed as intended.
• Take initiative to improve creative workflows, explore better ways of working, and contribute ideas that help the team grow.
