Job summary

PT LINKIT is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Consultant for a three-month project focused on cost accounting, inventory costing, and costing methodology. The role involves reviewing current costing, identifying improvements, and developing a sustainable approach aligned with operations and finance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in cost or inventory accounting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. Availability within two weeks is required to start the engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or inventory accounting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory costing, cost allocation, and inventory valuation.
• Experience in oil and gas, tobacco, manufacturing, or FMCG is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Available for a 3-month project and able to join within 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze cost accounting and inventory costing processes.
• Develop and improve inventory costing methodology.
• Analyze inventory valuation, cost allocation, and COGS.
• Identify costing discrepancies and provide recommendations.
• Prepare costing reports, templates, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and related teams.
