Job summary

Moladin, Indonesia’s leading mobility fintech platform, is hiring a Senior Corporate Finance for a full-time, in-office role in Jakarta. You will act as the analytical engine room and program manager for our deal workstreams, collaborating with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities include filtering due diligence data, managing transaction outreach and covenant reporting, and stress-testing monthly management accounts.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Big 4, Corporate Finance, or FP&A in a growth-stage company.
• Strong accounting or numerical foundation.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or SQL is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in managing bank requests would be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work across teams under deal timelines.

This role reports to our Regional Corporate Finance Lead in Singapore and our Treasury Lead in Indonesia.

• Program manage and organise transaction outreach orupdate materials, dataroom, and covenant reporting.

  Requirements
