Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to lead integrated communications that strengthen reputation and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. You will craft executive messages, manage media relations, and oversee CSR communications to align with business priorities.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, excellent English writing, and the ability to translate complex technology topics into clear narratives for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Strategic Communications, Content Development, or Stakeholder Engagement, preferably in a specialist or managerial role.
• Proven experience in corporate writing and content development, including press releases, corporate articles, social media content, executive communications, and presentation materials.
• Strong understanding of corporate reputation management, strategic messaging, media relations, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in developing executive thought leadership materials and identifying speaking opportunities for senior leaders is an advantage.
• Experience in the technology industry or other business-to-business (B2B) industries is preferred.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation development, project management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex business and technology topics into clear, engaging, and audience-relevant communications.
• Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while working effectively across functions.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, internal teams, media, agencies, and external partners.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated corporate communication initiatives aligned with business priorities and corporate narrative.
• Create compelling content across press releases, corporate articles, social media, websites, internal communications, and executive messages.
• Translate business strategies and technology developments into clear stories for diverse audiences.
• Support media relations, stakeholder engagement, and visibility management.
• Plan and coordinate corporate communication activities and events, including media engagements and internal events.
• Develop communication materials for senior executives, including decks, speeches, talking points, and messages.
• Initiate CSR communication aligned with priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor performance, media coverage, and stakeholder engagement to evaluate effectiveness and guide improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, agencies, and media for consistent messaging.
