Job summary

Panin Dai-ichi Life is seeking a Core System Manager to lead the development of New Business and Claims modules across Delphi and Java Spring Boot. You will design integrations with external partners, oversee SSIS batch processes, and ensure reporting outputs meet regulatory formats.

The role requires strong leadership, SDLC/Agile experience, and the ability to translate business rules into robust technical designs. On-site position based in Indonesia with a focus on core insurance systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of IT development experience with leadership roles.
• Experience leading a development team, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Strong insurance domain awareness (life/claims) is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Solid experience with legacy Delphi and modern Java Spring Boot stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of New Business and Claims modules across Delphi and Java Spring Boot systems.
• Design and maintain integrations with external parties for claims and new business.
• Oversee SSIS jobs for claim data batch processing and data feeds.
• Ensure Crystal Report outputs are accurate and compliant with formats.
• Lead a team of developers handling both legacy maintenance and new microservices.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and actuarial teams to translate business rules into system logic.
• Collaborate with Application Support Team to resolve critical incidents.
