Job summary

Takeda in Jakarta seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead medium to large capital construction projects across Indonesia. You will manage full lifecycle from site selection to turnover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence within Takeda standards.

The role partners with Global Real Estate, Engineering, Operations, Quality, EHS, Procurement, Legal, IT, and external vendors to build scalable project delivery and facility management processes for BioLife’s Indonesian

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing capital construction projects or programs.
• Experience in regulated, industrial, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments preferred.
• PM certification (PMP/IPMA PMI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Direct all phases of project execution including design, permitting, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Collaborate with Global Real Estate and internal stakeholders on site selection and opportunities.
• Manage external firms, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to meet scope, schedule, cost, and safety.
• Develop schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports for leadership review.
• Establish local construction standards and governance in Indonesia.
