The role oversees the full lifecycle—from site selection and due diligence to handover and facility support—ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and Takeda standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related technical field.
• 10+ years leading capital construction projects or programs.
• Experience with regulated, industrial, healthcare, pharma environments preferred.
• PM certification preferred (PMP/ PMI/ IPMA).

Responsibilities

• Lead capital construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Direct cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, EHS, and Finance.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and vendors.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and safety targets.
• Establish scalable construction standards and governance processes.
