Job summary

Trox Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Construction Planner to develop and manage detailed schedules for large-scale infrastructure projects in Tangerang. You will create construction plans, sequence activities, and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery, leveraging planning software and strong analytical skills.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering and at least 5 years of planning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; strong planning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed master schedules for complex infrastructure projects.
• Analyze project scope, sequences, and durations to establish logical work plans.
• Identify critical path activities and mitigate scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site personnel for schedule information.
• Prepare schedule progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and resource histograms.
• Utilize planning software to optimize timelines and resources.
