Job summary

TRIPATRA is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager (Civil & Offshore) for a project-based role in Tangerang, Indonesia. The candidate should have 20+ years in senior construction positions, with strong expertise in civil and structural works, including piling and site preparations, and EPC/offshore projects.

The role requires leadership, cost control, and safety-driven site management, with placement at Head Office, fabrication, or site areas as needed. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related major.
• Minimum 20+ years of continuous construction experience in senior roles (Construction Lead/Construction Manager).
• Senior experience in Oil & Gas projects, including EPC and offshore.
• Strong Civil and Structural works management, with focus on piling and site prep.
• Proven budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting abilities.
• Leadership to manage construction teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction team to execute the project plan, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage construction operations, coordinating activities, schedules, and resources.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, engineering teams, and stakeholders on design alignment.
• Monitor and control project costs, report expenditures against budget.
