Job summary

TRIPATRA seeks a seasoned Construction Engineer for multiple disciplines (OFFSHORE/ONSHORE/YARD) at the Bintaro Office, Tangerang Selatan, Banten, Indonesia. You will lead discipline construction activities, manage interfaces with subcontractors and clients, and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence across the project.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing construction projects across multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of codes, safety practices and construction methods.
• Familiarity with EPC terms and project scope.

Responsibilities

• Manage discipline construction safely, on time, and within budget.
• Ensure HSE/QC policies are followed during construction.
• Coordinate interfaces with subcontractors, client and other departments.
• Develop construction plans, mobilization schedules and responsibility matrices.
• Review and approve engineering drawings for constructibility and budget alignment.
