Job description

Currently, we are looking for Senior Commissioning Manager to responsible for executing the project delivery of service.

The role will also entail working alongside a commissioning team(s) at site and shall be responsible in the managing the project progression supporting the delivery teams and working closely with our Clients, in ensuring the expectations, works, procedures and deadlines are met.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the role of a Lead Commissioning Engineer, representing CTA for major projects.
• Provide strategic and tactical building services commissioning management.
• Technically responsible for delivery of service in accordance with CTA / Client expectations
• Manage compilation of technical reports and submission of status reports, including progress update
• Commissioning appraisal of design / shop drawing, specification, and documents
• Handles reviews / discussion with contractors / manufacturers response method statements
• Plan and schedule work in a systematic and efficient manner
• Undertake progressive site inspections to identify commissioning-related concerns
• Witness contractor’s testing and commissioning results and confirm compliance
• Ensure works are carried out aligned with the Company procedures/industry codes
• Review of project staff Time Sheets / Expenses to ensure the budget is in control
• Ability to lead Commissioning teams and manage team members.
• Provide management, advises, guidance ( & onsite training) of project resources

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 10+ years’ relevant experience in testing and commissioning process which 5 years should be at managerial level
• Proven team leadership and contractual awareness
• Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Good understanding of the testing and commissioning process, installation, testing and commissioning and project management of E&M field
• Strong people and project management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Project
• Good command of both written and spoken English
