Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a results-driven production leader in Batu, East Java, to guide a production team toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets. You will own box-build manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing, 3–5 years of team leadership in a manufacturing setting, and hands-on experience with box-build or system-level assembly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in box-build manufacturing or system-level assembly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production team to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Oversee box-build products ensuring output, quality, delivery and performance meet requirements.
• Monitor WIP, manpower, materials and performance, addressing gaps proactively.
• Coach and develop Group Leaders and team members for strong performance.
• Ensure training, qualification and competent task execution per procedures.
