Job summary

R17 Group seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize enterprise systems in Jakarta. You will troubleshoot complex network and server issues, design scalable server environments, and provide high-tier support with clear explanations to customers.

The role requires hands-on IT infrastructure knowledge across networks, servers, and operating systems, plus English communication skills and a 3+ year track record. A certification like Server+ or Cloud+ is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT required.
• Minimum of 3 years in a relevant technical role.
• Deep understanding of OSI Layer concept.
• Extensive hands-on IT infrastructure experience (Networks, Servers, OS).
• Holding CompTIA Server+ or Cloud+ certification preferred.
• Excellent English communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize core enterprise IT Infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex multi-tier network and server issues across OSI layers.
• Design, configure, and scale server environments and cloud-adjacent architectures.
• Provide high-tier technical support to customers with clear explanations.
• Drive proactive system updates and minimize downtime during outages.
• Maintain strong communication with multinational principals.
