Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure & Network Engineer to manage and evolve our hybrid infrastructure environment in East Jakarta. The role demands expertise in physical infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms while coordinating with internal teams and external technology vendors.

The engineer will ensure infrastructure stability, observability, and scalability, providing structured reporting to support IT management and business decisions. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 3-5 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, or Cloud Operations.
• Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Linux and Windows).
• Experience managing enterprise network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewall, VPN, NAC).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain on-premise infrastructure, including servers, network devices, storage, and virtualization environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and automation using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Coordinate with external technology vendors for infrastructure implementation, troubleshooting, and support.
