Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in operations, hospitality, or service leadership.
• Strong SOP discipline and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-clinic concierge support from arrival to discharge.
• Ensure service flow and next steps are clear for customers.
• Maintain calm presence for pet owners during waiting or inpatient situations.
• Monitor patient flow, waiting times, and bottlenecks; coordinate with medical teams.
• Handle customer chat and inbound communications with empathy and timely SLA adherence.
• Manage first-level service concerns and coordinate escalation when needed.
• Oversee daily clinic readiness, cleanliness, safety, and opening/closing checklists.
• Receive and track non-medical supplies; flag discrepancies and low stock.
• Record basic operational data and coordinate daily handovers with Senior Vet Tech.
