Shopee is seeking to strengthen its finance and product capabilities in Indonesia by building deep domain expertise in eCommerce clearing, settlement, and financial operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle to define requirements, design solutions, and drive launches, while leading features for reconciliations, risk and regulatory compliance.

• Build deep domain expertise in the eCommerce clearing and settlement ecosystem, including financial operations, payment flows, and marketplace-related processes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from identifying business needs and defining product requirements to solution design, development, launch, and ongoing optimisation.
• Lead development of key features supporting financial reconciliation, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, and user-centric.
• Drive the transition of manual, offline processes into automated, systematic online solutions.
