Job summary

Digital Edge is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee civil and structural works for mission-critical data center projects. Based in our Indonesia program, you will supervise foundations, slabs, steel structures, and equipment supports, ensuring compliance with design specs and safety standards.

You will coordinate with MEP and design teams to resolve issues and maintain schedule adherence. Ideal candidates hold a Civil or Structural Engineering degree with 5–10 years of site supervision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 5-10 years in civil/structural engineering with site supervision.
• Experience in data center or critical infrastructure projects preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil and structural works including foundations, slabs, steel structures, and equipment support systems.
• Ensure alignment with design specifications and project requirements.
• Validate method statements, shop drawings and ITPs.
• Support testing and commissioning and integrated system tests.
• Maintain weekly quality reports and update NCRs and risks to the project plan.
