Job summary

PT CTCI International Indonesia is seeking a Civil & Structural Engineer with 5+ years in oil & gas or industrial projects to join our Jakarta team. You will collaborate with the Lead Engineer to align scope, review specs, and ensure code compliance across design reviews and QA processes.

The role involves developing deliverables, preparing specs, and coordinating with vendors and site teams. Strong EPC experience and English proficiency are required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of related oil and gas or industrial plant project experience.
• Knowledge of structural analysis for supports, loads and design integrity.
• Familiarity with EPC processes: FEED through construction.
• Experience in civil and structural design for roads, drainage, foundations, and racks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Civil & Structure Lead Engineer to align design scope and objectives.
• Review project requirements, specs, and codes; participate in design reviews and QA processes.
• Support planning and execution by attending meetings and performing QA and design verification.
• Develop civil and structural design deliverables (Engineering Drawing Index/List).
• Prepare technical specifications and design requirements for civil structures.
• Prepare and review calculations, models, drawings, and other documents.
• Coordinate and supervise multi-disciplinary teams, vendors, and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Coach and supervise design engineers.
• Identify technical issues and risks; implement corrective and preventive actions.
