Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain civil works programmes, method statements, and site logistics plans aligned with the project schedule.
• Deputise for the Project Manager in day-to-day planning and coordination meetings to ensure continuity of delivery oversight.
• Coordinate interfaces among civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines to prevent design and construction clashes, especially for data centre fit-outs.
