Job summary

Amar Bank in Jakarta is seeking a Lead or Senior Business Analyst to join the MSME team. You will identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems, leading strategic initiatives and driving process improvements to boost performance.

You will conduct user research, translate findings into clear requirements, and collaborate with Product and other stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions. A strong emphasis on KYC/KYB validation and initiative is required.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in data processing and analysis using SQL and Excel.
• Background or experience in business analysis, user research, data analysis, computer science, or related field.
• Ability to translate user needs into clear business problems, requirements, and insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration across Product teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) validation per SOPs and guidelines.
• Experience or interest in AI-assisted development or vibe coding for PoCs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business matching analysis to align user needs with business solutions.
• Conduct user research to identify insights, pain points, and relevant data points.
• Translate findings into clear business proposals, requirements, and problem statements with Product team.
• Support KYC/KYB validation analysis for new users/customers per SOPs.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to support decisions and solution development.
• Document and communicate progress, findings, and updates to stakeholders.
• Provide support for project activities and other business administration needs.
