The role requires strong drafting skills, experience with Revit, and the ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. You will collaborate with engineers and provide guidance to ensure data integrity and standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 3D models using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate design elements into models.
• Maintain and update models as designs evolve.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and documentation from the models.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to improve workflow and model quality.
• Support BIM standards and best practices across projects.
• Provide training to team members on BIM software and techniques.
