Job summary

BECA in Jakarta is seeking a Revit / BIM Designer to join our Buildings MEP team. You will develop coordinated BIM models and project documentation for diverse building projects, collaborating with MEP engineers to integrate systems in a 3D space.

A Diploma (D3) or SMK, experience with Revit, and knowledge of BIM workflows are preferred. Proficiency in English and strong teamwork are essential to deliver high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Vocational School (SMK) qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Drafting, Architectural Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience using Autodesk Revit in either a professional or academic environment.
• Understanding of BIM workflows and digital design processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit BIM models for building services projects.
• Produce coordinated drawings, schedules, and documentation in accordance with project and company standards.
• Work closely with engineers and designers to translate design concepts into accurate 3D models.
• Coordinate MEP systems within multidisciplinary BIM environments.
• Participate in model reviews, clash detection activities, and project coordination workshops.
• Ensure models meet quality, accuracy, and project delivery requirements.
• Identify coordination issues and proactively contribute to project solutions.
• Support the ongoing development of BIM standards, tools, and workflows within the team.
