Job summary

Arbeit Group is hiring a BIM Modeler (MEP) to support ongoing construction projects in Jakarta. You will build and coordinate detailed 2D/3D BIM models for MEP systems, generate shop and construction drawings, and perform clash detection to ensure seamless field execution.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of MEP BIM modeling experience, strong knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, with Navisworks as a plus. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Eng. or related field required.
• 1-2 years in MEP BIM modeling for construction projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Navisworks experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D & 3D BIM models (MEP) using Revit, AutoCAD MEP and related tools.
• Prepare shop drawings and construction drawings for site execution.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues across disciplines.
• Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications and regulations.
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Designers and site teams.
• Update models based on field conditions and design changes.
• Stay updated with BIM standards and tools.
