Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.

• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 3D models using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit.

About the role

PT Kinden Indonesia is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to join our team in Jakarta. As a BIM Modeler, you will play a vital role in the design and delivery of our construction projects, using your technical drafting expertise to create high-quality 3D models that drive efficient and collaborative project workflows. This is a contract position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our client's developments.

What you'll be doing

Produce detailed 3D models using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software such as Autodesk Revit

Collaborate with engineers and construction professionals to integrate design elements and ensure models accurately reflect project requirements

Maintain and update models as designs evolve, ensuring consistency and data integrity

Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and other documentation from the 3D models

Identify and resolve technical issues, implementing solutions that improve workflow and model quality

Support the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices

Provide training and guidance to other team members on BIM software and techniques

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, preferably in the construction industry

Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit and other BIM software

Strong technical drafting skills and understanding of construction principles

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
