Job summary

Kamoro Maxima Integra seeks a Technical Lead to guide multiple development squads and IT security support teams from Jakarta. You will ensure architectural alignment and act as the bridge between developers, architects, and DevSecOps to drive secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with GPA 3.00.
• 4–5 years of experience as Technical Lead or similar role.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and SDLC.
• Experience in code review, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and IT security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide technical guidance across development squads and IT Security Support teams.
• Ensure enhancements align with architecture standards.
• Act as liaison between developers, architects, and DevSecOps/security teams.
• Review Jira tickets, FTDs, test scenarios, and validate technical feasibility.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Manage security compliance, findings remediation, and penetration testing.
• Collaborate with Front-End, Data, and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and impact analysis.
• Support testing strategy and ensure defect resolution meets SLA.
