Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a specialization in automation and robotics.
• Proven experience in programming and troubleshooting industrial robots and PLCs.
• Strong understanding of automation principles, control systems, and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and implement automated manufacturing systems and robotic work cells.
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) and automated equipment.
• Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Develop technical specifications for new automation projects and equipment procurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing production lines.
• Create and maintain documentation for automated systems, including programming code, schematics, and operating procedures.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for automation projects.
• Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance personnel on automated systems.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing processes and technology.
