The role emphasizes collaboration with cross‑functional teams, managing project milestones, and applying DFMEA/PFMEA and root-cause analysis to improve products.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in mechanical design and manufacturing (machining and fabrication).
• DFMEA/PFMEA, design improvement, trials, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design systems and components that meet requirements using engineering tools.
• Build prototypes of automation systems and mechanical components, test and improve.
• Conduct research to create concepts for new products.
• Provide reports and documentation of work.
• Review existing products to suggest improvements and manage milestones.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and plan project time frames.
• Plan milestones, project time frames, and goals using engineering principles.
