The role is based in Jakarta with a focus on ensuring SPAP/SAK compliance and timely completion of audits, requiring strong leadership and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 5–8 years of external audit experience.
• Experience with a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is mandatory.
• Proven track record leading audit engagements and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of SPAP and SAK.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Develop audit plans, supervise fieldwork, and review working papers.
• Review financial statements for SPAP/SAK compliance.
• Serve as the primary client contact during engagements.
• Review findings and provide practical recommendations.
• Prepare lead schedules, adjustments, and reporting.
• Ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of engagements.
• Coach and develop audit team members.
• Assist with proposals, business development, and client acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with standards, firm policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with management, clients, and regulators.
