Job summary

PT Infinitium Solutions in Jakarta seeks an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer to diagnose issues in web applications and deliver solutions to external clients within the product delivery scope. You will coordinate with software, business, and infrastructure teams and prepare maintenance plans for supporting applications.

Responsibilities include providing timely support, preparing reports, monitoring alerts, and coordinating patching activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical or application support at level 2 or higher.
• Experience with deployment/patch processes (on prem / cloud) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues related to applications and deliver solutions to external clients within the product delivery scope.
• Provide support and identify issues, preparing documentation and sharing solutions with software and business teams.
• Coordinate with software, business, and infrastructure teams.
• Prepare maintenance plans and upgrade schedules for supporting applications.
• Prepare and maintain reports for each product.
• Supervise alerts related to applications and system procedures and provide proactive services.
