Job summary

SigmaTech in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Android developer to build and maintain banking mobile applications. You will translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality, scalable Android apps.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating RESTful APIs, and ensuring security and performance. You will stay updated with Android technologies and contribute to architecture improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Android app development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Android applications for digital banking services.
• Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Android applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analyst, UI/UX Designer, Backend Developer, QA Engineer, and DevOps throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Integrate Android applications with RESTful APIs and backend microservices.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and compliance with banking security standards.
• Fix defects and provide production support for application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
• Prepare technical documentation in accordance with SDLC and project governance requirements.
• Support application deployment, release management, and post-implementation monitoring.
• Stay updated with Android technologies and recommend improvements to application architecture and development practices.
