Job summary

Kyndryl in Jakarta invites applications for a senior engineer to own production-grade NVIDIA AI platforms, solving cross-layer issues across Linux, NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, containers and distributed AI workloads. You will define standards for reliability, observability and scale, and mentor teams during P0/P1 incidents while advancing GPU infrastructure.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT/Computer Engineering with 5+ years in IT Asset Management/ITSM.
Strong ITIL knowledge and CMDB/asset tools with meticulous inventory and compliance records.
Experience managing hardware and software lifecycles, including licenses, spares, and warranties.
Firmware/patch management, version control, and change management across teams and OEMs.
English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead RCA, automate operations, develop L1/L2 runbooks, mentor engineers during P0/P1 incidents.
Define platform compatibility, upgrade, canary and rollback standards; design GPU observability thresholds.
Architect and optimize AI training/inference platforms using PyTorch and NVIDIA technologies (TensorRT, NIM, NGC, NeMo).
Lead NCCL and distributed multi-GPU/multi-node performance investigations across compute, network, and storage.
Lead complex diagnosis across Linux, CUDA, container runtimes, Kubernetes or OpenShift, DCGM and AI workloads.
