Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, GPU Cloud GenAI - Infrastructure to lead complex AI infrastructure problems across compute, network, storage, and GPU platforms. You will own end-to-end technical ownership, perform RCA, and guide engineering teams toward resilient, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI infrastructure and related domains.
• Deep Linux troubleshooting and RCA capability for P0/P1 incidents.
• Automation experience with Python or Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-domain infrastructure incidents spanning server/compute, network, storage, OS and GPU.
• Perform deep RCA and performance investigations using telemetry, logs, SLO/SLA data.
• Identify architectural defects and define permanent corrective actions and recommendations.
• Review high-risk lifecycle changes and coordinate with experts and OEM engineering.
• Improve operational effectiveness through automation, runbooks, and mentoring.
