Job summary

Join Kyndryl Inc. as a senior engineer focused on NVIDIA AI platforms. You will resolve cross-layer issues spanning Linux, NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, container platforms, and distributed AI workloads.

You will shape standards for reliable, observable training and inference environments, and lead incident response during critical outages. You will architect and optimize AI training/inference platforms using PyTorch and NVIDIA tools, drive platform observability with DCGM/Prometheus, and mentor

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with ITIL processes and CMDB/asset management.
• Experience with AI/GPU infrastructure and NVIDIA platforms is a plus.
• Strong Linux, CUDA, container runtimes and orchestration tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCA and automate recurring operations; develop L1/L2 runbooks and mentor engineers.
• Define platform compatibility, upgrade, canary and rollback standards; design GPU observability and remediation thresholds.
• Architect and optimize local or cloud-based AI training and inference platforms using PyTorch and NVIDIA tech (TensorRT, Triton, NGC, NeMo).
• Lead NCCL and distributed multi-GPU/multi-node performance investigations across compute, network/fabric and storage.
• Diagnose across Linux, NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, container runtime, Kubernetes/OpenShift, DCGM and AI workloads, including MIG issues.
