Job summary

CoverGo is seeking a senior software engineer for a remote role based in Indonesia. You will own outcomes end-to-end, prototype quickly, and ship AI-powered insurance workflows that real customers use.

You will work directly with customers on real claims, underwriting screens, and broker workflows, and push the codebase and team to higher standards. The ideal candidate ships AI-driven features with solid production experience, strong OO and design skills, and comfort across AWS, cloud

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production systems.
• Real AI experience building AI-driven features.
• Strong fundamentals in OO, design patterns, testing and web security.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes, not tickets, pick biggest lever each sprint.
• Build with AI as a primary tool (OCR, document understanding, generation, agent loops).
• Ship prototypes fast and move to production-grade.
• Work directly with customers on real workflows and feedback.
• Improve codebase through reviews, refactors, testability and observability.
• Push the team forward with internal tools and standards.
