Job summary

Prointegrate is seeking an experienced L3 Technical SME – AI Compute to join our remote team. The role demands ownership of complex escalations across Linux, Kubernetes, Slurm, and AI compute platforms, delivering reliable uptime and performance for mission-critical systems.

You will automate operations with Python and Ansible, conduct RCA, and coordinate with OEMs and vendors. Indonesian residency is required; fluency in English is essential, Mandarin a plus; remote engagement open to

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI infrastructure or related fields.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of distributed infra.
• Experience with Linux, Kubernetes/Slurm, and storage.
• Proficiency in Python and Ansible for automation.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin preferred.
• Indonesian residency and legal work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own L3 escalations for AI compute platforms.
• Perform RCA and implement permanent fixes.
• Investigate Linux, Kubernetes, Slurm, and storage issues.
• Develop automation scripts with Python and Ansible.
• Monitor SLOs and capacity planning; measure performance.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and engineering teams.
• Maintain docs, runbooks, and incident logs.
