Detailed Job Description:

As an L3 Technical SME – AI Compute operating in a remote capacity for Indonesian candidates, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of L3 technical escalations, root-cause analysis (RCA), performance investigations, and permanent corrective actions across mission-critical AI compute platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities include investigating and resolving complex infrastructure anomalies across Linux, Kubernetes, Slurm job schedulers, storage systems, and specialized AI hardware environments, automating operational workflows and monitoring tasks utilizing Python and Ansible scripting, analyzing service level objectives (SLOs), conducting capacity planning, and evaluating infrastructure performance metrics, identifying architectural defects and driving platform stability, reliability, and lifecycle improvements, coordinating directly with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), third-party vendors, and internal engineering squads to resolve complex technical hurdles, supporting incident, problem, and change management lifecycles while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and troubleshooting runbooks, and communicating fluently in English (Mandarin language proficiency is a strong nice-to-have).
