Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Advisor, Services Project/Program Management in Jakarta, Indonesia. Join a cross‑functional team coordinating with sales, customers, partners and support groups to drive complex projects from design to delivery.

You will build dashboards, track milestones and risks, and recommend actions to accelerate delivery while navigating cross‑functional priorities and travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Essential: capable of managing resources including junior project managers, technical resources and external vendors.
• Essential: financial experience in revenue and costs forecasting.
• Essential: strong in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Essential: high travel within Indonesia/Malaysia and SE Asia travel may be required.
• Desirable: PMP certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects or activities within scope, schedule, budget and quality for the project duration.
• Liaises with external clients to monitor projects from initiation through delivery and ensures technical compatibility.
• Coordinates interdepartmental activities to complete the project within budget and on schedule.
• Mediates internal issues and competing priorities for cross‑functional teams delivering solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project
• Works with external clients/customers to monitor projects from initiation through delivery and ensures technical compatibility for the various accounts
• Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints
• Mediates internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients

Essential Requirement

• Capable of managing resources including junior project managers, technical resource and external vendors
• Financial experience in revenue and costs forecasting
• Strong in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• High amount of travel within Indonesia/Malaysia. A certain degree of travel across South East Asia will also be required. Some occurrences of travel within APJ could occur.
• PMP certification is advantageous

Desirable Requirements

• 8-15 years' experience working on large infrastructure projects
• Experience managing large-scale AI deployments (Approximately - 200-300 NVL72 racks or large No of GPU Servers) :
  • Deployment of AI Servers (Dell/SuperMicro/Lenovo/HPE)
  • Deployment of Network Switches (Dell/Nvidia/Arista/Cisco)
  • Exposure in project managing Dell EMC Storage/Compute solutions, GenAI Infrastructure Solutions will be an added advantage
