Job summary

IKEA Indonesia is seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead reporting activities and support financial statement preparation across monthly, quarterly, and yearly cycles. You will perform variance analyses, reconcile balance sheets, and assist investment analyses and audits, reporting to the Accounting Manager.

A background in senior-level audit roles, preferably Big 4, and professional certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of senior-level experience in an audit firm.
• Experience in Big 4 as an auditor is an advantage.
• Holding a professional certification (e.g. CIMA, CPA, CFA).

Responsibilities

• Manage the reporting of Accounting team
• Coordinate with others in preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly Financial Statements
• Perform fluctuation analyses (monthly, quarterly, yearly, actual vs actual, actual vs budget/forecast)
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation in monthly basis
• Assist the investment analyses and financial feasibility study
• Assist Accounting Manager in providing data request for both internal and external auditors
