Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting frameworks.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with tax compliance and regulatory reporting is preferred.
• Mentoring junior staff is desirable.
• Strong communication across levels.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.
• Oversee general ledger maintenance and ensure proper coding and classification of transactions.
• Support the preparation of month-end and year-end financial close procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff members.
• Liaise with external auditors and assist in audit processes.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Prepare analytical reports and variance analyses for management review.
