Job summary

Sekolah.mu is seeking a dedicated SEN Support Specialist to guide university preparation students. You will monitor learning journeys, coordinate scheduling, and track progress both online and at partner institutions in Jakarta.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Special Education, or related field.
Experience mentoring or supporting teenagers, including internships or volunteer work.
Strong interest in higher education preparation and student development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to work in a hybrid Jabodetabek setting.

Responsibilities

Support and monitor SEN students' learning journeys across online and offline settings.
Coordinate schedules, administration, and progress tracking with partner institutions.
Communicate learning progress and required documentation to students and parents.
Provide tailored guidance and learning support to diverse needs.
Assist during sessions and mentoring activities with curriculum and academic teams.
Contribute to ongoing improvement of student support programs.
