Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Production Planner II to develop and execute production plans aligned with customer demand, ensuring timely shipments and managing work orders to completion. The role requires reading technical drawings and strong Excel/ERP skills to monitor build progress and mitigate risks.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering/related fields, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external

Qualifications

• Must be able to read technical drawings.
• General knowledge of operations including scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, test engineering, and quality systems.
• Experience with Semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Good communication skills with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish production build and completion plan per customer demand.
• Coordinate with CBO on crating times to ensure on-time shipments.
• Track production progress and update build status in the production plan.
• Release WOs as planned and close upon completion of manufacturing.
• Monitor material availability (AOS/CTB) and communicate risks early.
